Siopao. Dad used to make this a lot. I fondly rem Siopao.

Dad used to make this a lot. I fondly remember standing on a stool over the kitchen table, cutting out rounds of dough with the rim of a Kraft cheese can. We had an assembly line: Claire or I would cut, dad would fill, then all of us took part in sealing.

I made these today for Dad's viewing. Dad didn't share his recipes. He cooked by taste so he never had measurements.  I hope one day I'll get close enough to replicate his cooking.
